Sensa automatisering BV

Sensa was founded as a science based development bureau and has been in electronics development since 1987. At this moment, we are are in the process of developing a servo-motor, based on the bipolar technology that we developed for our CNC control, combined with encoder feedback. This will end up with a very powerful (>>1KWatt) servo controlled motion system whose specs will come close to the specs for linear servo. And with a servo feedback update speed of 48KHz. And at a much lower price.
The micro-controller (TI, Delfino) based power electronics (supplying 2KWatts) and the EtherCat interfacing will all be integrated iwith the motor, whose only electrical connections are the power line and the two ethernet cables for the EtherCat communication. See: EtherCat

High Power Version.

Fall 2013.

By extending the specs of the power electronics to 190VDC and 15Ampere, the HDM48000 control now runs 12Nm Nema34 stepper motors at the same high speed and precision as the small ones.
